As an integrated and critical infrastructure development and investment holding group, we represent the interests of the assets in the group’s portfolio through the setting up of appropriate structures. All the divisions and/or subsidiaries of the group operate independently but under the management and auspices of the group.
Nobaq Group®™ was established with the sole mandate of managing, controlling, and where necessary, operating the assets in the group portfolio.
As a fully diversified development and investment holding corporation that is focused on delivering on our sole mandate by creating and growing value in all our assets through a combination of strategic investment and development and being responsible for global procurement and services, our interests and operations span all aspects of the global economy, even as we focus on the natural and built environment.
